- We accept returns ONLY for damaged/ faulty products. In an unlikely event that you have received a damaged product or the wrong order, please do take a picture of the product and mail us immediately at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the courier. We shall reimburse you for the cost of returning the product to us and will not charge you for the shipping cost of replaced merchandise
- Once we receive your return, we ensure we send you a perfect product within 10 working days.
- Refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 10-15 working days.
- Cancellations on orders are only accepted if we fail to ship your order.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Due to hygienic standards, it is not possible for us to accept returns on opened packages (socks with the tag removed) of socks or socks that are worn, washed or soiled. If these items are returned to Footsy, they will be sent back to you at your expense
- Products sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items
